Apparently DTN thinks that there is some validity to this website because they have begun hiring people to leave fictitious comments! Sneaky and underhanded? Absolutely! Unfortunately, this is norm for DTN Management Company.

  I just moved in this place on January 30 and the apt. was so filthy and dirty. The kitchen and bathroom floors were so dirty. The cabinets in the kitchen still had stuff in it along w/lime inside the sinks. The toilet was most definitely disgusting. There was something stuck on the toilet seat and also the inside of the toilet itself was really dirty....just terrible. Very simple things they could have done to make sure the apt. was clean b4 move in date were not even done. They should actually be ashamed of themselves for even letting their tenants and future tenants see the apt. looking like that. It made it no better that we moved in on a Saturday where we had no one to bitch 2 about the apt. Their bedrooms are not even cable ready so that's another complaint I have. In order to make that happen is you have 2 get a written letter from someone from the leasing office (let's not mention you have to drive to another complex to see someone) saying that the cable company has their permission to make the room cable ready. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything the neighbors do. If you hear someone opening and closing their closet, imagine what else you can end up hearing. There is very little storage space. The complaining doesn't stop here....two days after moving into apartment, (here comes the icing for the top of cake) there was a roach crawling inside the bathtub. Then we call the leasing office and they say we can call pest control and that this is the first time this ever happened at this apt. That bitch is a damn lie the truth ain't in her. What is the explanation of this fuckin roach then. This is also the first time I've seen a live roach in somewhere I resided so u tell where the fuck the roach came from.
  
  There is no way in hell I'd recommend this apt. 2 my worst enemy. It's a reason why the rent here is so damn cheap (keep that in mind as well). If you or someone you know is considering Cavanaugh West as a new place 2 live u better tell them 2 think again unless they're ready 2 buy out the whole cleaning supplies aisle to clean the apt, some ear plugs so u can sleep at night, and some Raid (bug spray) and some bug traps.
  
  The only +'s about this apt. was that we have a new refrigerator and clean carpet.

  I MOVE IN N A FEW WEEKS N NOW THAT I SAW SUM OF THE OTHER REVIWS THIS DOSNT LOOK SO BAD I KNOW THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS BUT THEIR ALSO A PRICE TAG TO GO ALONG I THINK I GOT A GOOD DEAL FOR A FIRST YEAR COLLAGE STUDENT.... I PRAY I DONT GO THREW WHAT OTHERS WENT THREW WITH OTHER DTN APPARTMENT ONE THING I WISH IZ THAT THEY HAD PICS CAUSE IM MOVINE N BLIND HOPE FOR THE BEST

  There are other much better places around than cavanaugh. I was lazy and moved here because it seemed like a good place and I didn't do my research.
  
  I'm leaving as soon as I can.
