Apparently DTN thinks that there is some validity to this website because they have begun hiring people to leave fictitious comments! Sneaky and underhanded? Absolutely! Unfortunately, this is norm for DTN Management Company.

  This is by far and away the worst appartment I've ever lived in. The management staff is the laziest staff I've ever seen in my life. I begged and begged and finally had to threaten to withhold rent before I could get the lazy staff to do anything regarding the repairs I needed. The landscaping is awful. For over a thousand dollars a month, this place should look like a golf course, instead, there are dead patches all over the place that turn quickly to mud when it rains. NOt to mention, the people that have animals are not made to clean up the dog poop. Including the apartment manager, who has a dog, doesn't clean up after it. There are little surprise poopie land mines all in front of her home. It's disgusting. The walls are so thin my neighbors alarm clock wakes me up every morning. I can hear conversations that are happening in the apartment above me and beside me. The only good thing about this place is the people that live here. Despite being able to hear everyone around you, the neighbors know that the walls are thin and don't complain.

  I have never lived in worse apartments in my life. The staff doesn't help, the fleas are horrible. The apartments are small and the walls are thin. I would not wish my worst enemy to live here. I am glade that my lease is not being renewed! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
