For DTN Employees
If you are an employee of DTN Management Company you should be aware that it is our policy never to log identifying information or do anything that would harm our contributors.
Think of this website as an outlet for you to vent about whatever you would like.
Just remember not to do it on the office computer!
DTN already knows you've visited this site so be careful. If you want to share some information, make sure you do it from a home computer or computer outside of DTN's office!
How you can help
Your anonymity is guaranteed. It is the policy of this website not to store any information that could be used to identify you.
If you are a DTN Employee
I need information! Any information that you can submit would be greatly appreciated. Phone numbers, company hierarchy, personal stories. If you work for DTN, chances are you can help.
I would really like to get my hands on the internal property contact list which would help me fill out some missing information from these pages. If you can help in any way, simply fill out the contact form.
If you are a resident
First of all, let me just say, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for you and the fact that you have to live at a DTN managed community. I'm sorry you have to deal with the rude staff, the conflicting and misleading information, and the poor living conditions. You can help this site by simply sharing your personal story.
If your problem is with the apartment itself, find your apartment complex and leave a comment on it's corresponding page.
If the problem is with an employee, you could try finding the page for the Property Manager or Area Director, and also leave a comment on their page.
If you are an innocent bystander
If you're looking for an apartment, don't go with a DTN managed community—especially based on positive reviews from websites! Chances are, if there is a positive review for an apartment complex (or anything, really), it was left by the person selling the apartment. After all, how many times have you had a great experience and decided to jump online and leave a review about it?
You could also help by leaving a comment about your personal experience with the DTN properties that you visited or spoke with.
