Apparently DTN thinks that there is some validity to this website because they have begun hiring people to leave fictitious comments! Sneaky and underhanded? Absolutely! Unfortunately, this is norm for DTN Management Company.

  As a student, my lease finished up on a Friday...with classes the entire week I requested that an amendment be made to my lease giving me at least until Saturday at 12pm...She said "No" and that it cant be done because of the "Fair Housing Act"... Emily needs to read up on the law and realize that the Fair Housing Act dealt with the fact that you couldn't discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age etc...My issue would have been merely an amendment to an already existing lease for 2 days and thus a contract issue and not a "Fair Housing" issue... I would rather her just say "No" then and hide behind idiotic reasoning and to have her look like a moron. So much for Arbor Glen and DTN living up to their slogan that they are accommodating to students...Stay away from Emily, she will throw around legal sayings and not know the meaning or reasoning behind them. I honestly wish I could have the 7 minutes that I spoke with her on the phone back... This is a great website...

  This website is a great thing!
  
  As a former employee of Emily I can honestly say that she was a terrible boss. Her directives were often unclear and she was always distracted and unwilling to help.
  
  I felt like I was on my own and my own boss and she was getting paid for it. I am glad that I have moved on and am no longer working for her.
