To the President
Thomas F. Kuschinski—I'm not sure if you know what is going on at the lower levels of your company. I know that, as president, you are busy with more important things beyond day-to-day operations.
But, I felt that you should be made aware of the cancer that is spreading throughout your company. Rudeness, incompetence, and outright lies at every level (that I've dealt with) of your company.
I understand that a large portion of your residents are college students who don't have the know-how, or time, to fight back against the problems that you bring upon them—but that is not an excuse for your employees to behave the way they do.
Your company has been around since 1996 so you ought to know better.
Tough times are ahead and they can only get tougher. Please clean up your business and your staff.
About this website

Artist's rendering of a DTN employee
This website was created to be an outlet for the many DTN Management Company employees and residents who have been wronged by DTN.
Too often in this world, a business or person is able to get away with doing wrong over and over again simply because they are too large for a single person to fight.
Thankfully, the internet has leveled the playing field—somewhat—and allows individuals to effect great change on the world.
I was personally wronged by DTN and had some options to weigh. I could let them get away with it, take them to court and spend much of my time and money only to let them do it again to someone else, or create this website.
As you might have already guessed, I chose to create this website and pull back the curtain on DTN's operation.
My only hope is that I help others out there before they make a grave mistake.
A Special Thanks
A special thanks goes out to Emily Woulschied and Brian Maltby.
Brian is Property Manager of Auburn Place and Abbott Pointe apartments, and Emily is the Area Director (Brian's boss).
It is because of their hard work, ignorance, and overall poor existence as individuals that I became so motivated to create this website. Without Emily Woulschied and Brian Maltby this website wouldn't exist (that's not to say that there isn't a need for it!).
Thanks guys! ♥♥
